The Untold Story...

We had a new ofiice boy joinined in our Office a few days back...He used to be noticed by everyone because he is soo energetic person..He is always available on your call...Whatever you tell him, you can make sure that the same will be done with 100 % sincerity. I too started notiicing this guy.

It was in the mid of jan that I started coming to Office around 8 am in the Office. When I reach Office, I could see this guy, waiting at the reception with a smile and a Ver Good " Good Morning".. That Good Morning would really make my day..

One day, I thought I will speak to this Guy..He knows very little English..and very very little Hindi..and I didn't knew Kannada . But this was the 1st Time, I understood that Language doesn't matter for Communication....Hearts can speak to each other..

I asked Pavan regarding his schoolings..His parents ..His family....He told me that He studied till 10th Class, but didn't pass 10th exams ...Now he is working here for 4000 k doing 12 Hrs shift and sometimes 24 Hrs shift continously...

His day starts at 6: 35 am in the morning..Thta is the time, when this little kid gets up...I really donno , how old he is...He looks like a Kid Only....But he claims that he has got a driving license...He comes to Office around 8 am in the morning..Then Busy all the day with the Office works..Cleaning, Printings, Cofee all sort of things he does...His Office day ends by 8 PM.

After the work at office, he goes to a Hotel nearby to work there. He works there still 12 am, and after to the sleep....The cycle then goes on....

He told me that he wanted to pass his 10th Exam...But didn't had time to Study..But, I think I can't beleive that..I feel that this little fellow don't have a mind to study...

Do u know, what he has done ? He has given 6000 Rs to his master, to get passed in the forthcoming class 10th Exams....Thats PAVAN..

I was surprised to hear that..See, what all things people do to get things done in life...What is the value of money. I feel that Education = Money , in this modern world..

Its all about Kids

I used to wonder when my kids ( 4 Year Old , 2 Year Old) play with my smart phone. They would have observed me working on the phone for couple of times and now it looks like they are experts on my phone. How fast are these children getting accustomed to new technologies. This also pointed me to another side of parenting. How fast are these kids picking up from what their parents do. I am sure mobile phones are completely a new entity for a kid. Unless he/she observes and learn, he will not be able to understand the device. Look at their observation power. They grab the thing so fast that even by 50 year old mother struggles for months to study about the same smart phone. How does all these happen ? Kids do have tremendous observation skills and most of their learning happens through observing.
